UNLEASH YOUR POTENTIAL

Do you spend hours in front of the computer and end the day with a stiff neck and tense shoulders? Do you train regularly but get injured frequently or feel that your body doesn’t respond as it should?

The Alexander Technique teaches you to use your body efficiently – without unnecessary tension, without patterns that limit or damage you.

It’s not physiotherapy. It’s not yoga. It’s a practical method to undo harmful habits and recover the natural coordination your body already knows.

FOR OFFICE PROFESSIONALS

Work doesn’t have to hurt

Eight hours in front of the screen. Endless meetings. That persistent back pain you already consider “normal.”

The Alexander Technique gives you concrete tools to:

  • Eliminate chronic tension in neck, shoulders and back
  • Maintain mental clarity during long workdays
  • Prevent injuries from repetitive movements (carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis)
  • Breathe easily even under pressure
  • Maintain your physical and mental balance in difficult meetings, presentations or unexpected situations
  • Save money on “ergonomic” chairs and expensive equipment – you learn to use what you already have, pain-free
  • Recover energy you currently spend on muscular tension

I work with professionals and companies. If your team needs to reduce sick leave due to musculoskeletal problems or improve office wellbeing, the Alexander Technique is a direct investment in productivity and health.

FOR ATHLETES AND GYM ENTHUSIASTS

Train more. Get injured less.

You’re consistent. You work hard. And yet: recurring injuries, pain that shouldn’t be there, progress that plateaus.

The problem is rarely in how much you train, but in how you move.

The Alexander Technique helps you:

  • Identify movement patterns that cause repetitive injuries
  • Improve coordination, balance and athletic performance
  • Maintain physical and mental stability when training gets tough
  • Recover faster and train sustainably
  • Understand your body’s biomechanics – not just repeat exercises
  • Apply what you learn in class to any sport or physical activity

If you practice flamenco, CrossFit, running, climbing, group classes or any activity where your body is your main tool: this is for you.

WHAT IS THE ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE?
(concretely)

A practical method developed over the last 100+ years that teaches how to unlearn harmful habits in the way you move, sit, breathe and use your body.

There are no “correct” postures to memorize. There are no exercises to repeat at home.

You learn to think differently about movement, which automatically changes how you move. Results are immediate and cumulative.

Balance in difficult situations

One of the most valuable benefits: the Alexander Technique teaches you to maintain your balance – physical and mental – even when circumstances are complicated or unknown.

A tense meeting. An important presentation. A workout that pushes you to the limit. An unexpected change in your routine.

Most people respond to pressure with automatic tension: shoulders that rise, breathing that blocks, body that stiffens. The Alexander Technique gives you the ability to choose not to react that way.

It’s not relaxation. It’s not forced calm. It’s real stability – the ability to stay coordinated and functional when you need it most.

It’s used professionally in music schools (Juilliard in the US, Royal Academy in the UK, Spanish conservatories, etc.), sports medicine, and rehabilitation programs. It works because it works with neuroplasticity – the brain’s ability to create new patterns.

WHY WORK WITH ME

I’m a certified Alexander Technique teacher and Board Member of the corresponding Spanish professional association, with an uncommon profile:

Solid technical clarity. I explain complex concepts directly and understandably. No mysticism or vagueness.

Real corporate experience. 20 years working in companies, including a decade with IT teams. I perfectly understand the demands of the modern professional environment.

Active athlete. Over 10 years practicing flamenco at an advanced level, plus playing instruments and singing semi-professionally (I’ve sold an EP and given concerts in Berlin). I know what it means to use your body at full capacity.

Multilingual. I work in 5 languages: Spanish/Castilian, Catalan, English, German and French.

Professional and organized. I respect your time and boundaries. Sessions are productive, focused and with measurable results.

I also have a YouTube channel in 5 languages about the Alexander Technique – because I believe in sharing knowledge accessibly.

My goal is simple: that you come to class willingly, learn something useful, and leave with tools that work in your real life.
